Anne M. Siegel, MD, is a Maternal Fetal Medicine specialist and Assistant Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She completed her medical school training at Ohio State University where she was inducted into the Gold Humanism in Medicine honor society. She completed residency at the University of Alabama at Birmingham and fellowship at Duke University.
Dr. Siegel has conducted research on gestational weight gain as well as diabetes, hypertension, and infectious diseases complicating pregnancies. She has presented her work at national conferences including the Society of Maternal Fetal Medicine and the Infectious Diseases Society of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She has a special interest in prenatal diagnosis of fetal conditions and has attended numerous educational conferences and sought additional certifications in the field of ultrasonography. Additionally, she has interests in group prenatal care as well as obesity and nutrition in pregnancy.
Dr. Siegel recognizes pregnancy as a unique and extraordinary time in a woman’s life and enjoys helping women on their path to building their families.
