They’re passionate about alternative and holistic treatments for mental wellness, harm reduction, community-based care, treatment-resistant depression, and perinatal mental health.
The foundations of their midwifery care are rooted in human autonomy, a trauma-focused perspective, and client-led goals. They are particularly passionate about working with survivors of interpersonal violence, those struggling with mental health, and caring for members of their LGBTQIA+ community. They are passionate about encouraging a Health At Every Size approach to our interactions with our bodies around food and movement and enjoy partnering with people to find ways to feel their best throughout their lifespan.
Kaity lives in NE DC with their partner and several cuddly animals. Their hobbies include hiking, napping, reading, and plant medicine.
