TARGET-DERM: A 5-year Longitudinal Observational Study of Patients Undergoing Therapy for Immune-Mediated Inflammatory Skin Conditions (Atopic Dermatitis)

Main inclusion criteria:1. Atopic Dermatitis with IGA ≥ 3 or use of biologics.

A phase 3, multicenter, open-label extension study of Zilucoplan in subjects with generalized myasthenia gravis (RA Pharma 302: Raise XT)

Study RA101495-02.302 is a multicenter, open-label extension study to evaluate the long-term efficacy, safety, and tolerability of zilucoplan in subjects with gMG who have previously participated in a qualifying Ra Pharmaceuticals sponsored zilucoplan study.
