Making an appointment, routine, same day/urgent visits
You can make an appointment with your physician, for a nurse visit or with our nurse practitioner, by calling our main number at 202-677-6990. You can use MyChart to make appointments.
Make sure that you allow for travel time and parking time and please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of your appointment time to allow time for any administrative services that you may need prior to your appointment.
Prescription Refills
You can call our office or use the MyChart to request prescription refills and renewals. Your physician may request an office visit before giving refills for certain prescriptions or medical conditions.

If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, please contact our office to cancel or re-schedule your appointment by calling our office or by using the MyHealth patient portal, so that another person can be seen in your place.
Late arrival considerations
Many people are eager to get appointments with our physicians. Missed appointments or late-arrivals impact our ability to provide access to our patients that need to be seen each day. To help address this, we have asked our staff to let us know when a patient arrives after their scheduled appointment time. The staff will do their best to fit you into the schedule for any urgent concerns, but if it is not possible, we may ask that you reschedule your appointment. This is especially true if you are a new patient or were scheduled for a physical as we want to have the time to do a thorough evaluation.
We are commitment to patient care and satisfaction seriously. We thank you for minimizing disruption for your fellow patients by arriving on time to your scheduled appointments.
Lab Services
The lab is on the first floor of the building at 2300 M Street, NW (M Street lab hours are M-F, 8 AM-5:15 PM) or on the DC level of the main GW MFA Ambulatory Care Center building at 22nd and I Streets, DC level (hours are 7:00 AM-6:00 PM). You do not need an appointment or paperwork to get your lab orders completed.

Medical Form Completion
We charge a fee for completing medical forms outside of the setting of an office visit. You will need to pay for the form completion in person. We do ask that you pick up the form when it is completed in person or we can mail it to you as we do not fax forms to third parties for privacy reasons.
