GW Obstetrics & Gynecology - Spring Valley

  Due to changes in organizational structure at the GW MFA, the MFA is closing Spring Valley OB/GYN effective July 17, 2026. As a result of this change, Dr. DeSouza’s office is moving to Johns Hopkins Community Practice (JHCP) at the Sibley Memorial Hospital campus.

Patients will continue to receive care at the Spring Valley OB/GYN office until July 17, 2026, and can make appointments for care occurring on or after July 18, 2026, at Dr. DeSouza’s new office located at:
