Late Arrivals and No Show Guidance

To ensure that we provide the best care to all our patients, please be aware of the following guidelines:

  • Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, your appointment is no longer guaranteed and may require rescheduling. 
  • No Shows: A missed appointment without 24-hour notice will be recorded as a No Show. Multiple no shows can impact your ability to schedule future appointments.
